And we couldn’t photograph Andrew without photographing big sister and brother, Adrienne and Jacob!

What a beautiful day it was at the LSU lakes when we met to photograph baby Samantha and big girl Lucy!  Lucy was visiting her baby cousin Samantha from Florida, so a perfect time for a photo session.    I don’t typically photograph 2 month olds, because they are in the stage where they won’t sleep on command, but they still aren’t focusing very well.  But, Samantha did such a great job!  And Lucy was just a perfect little model – I love the ones with she and her Mommy!

Beautiful baby girl with beautiful dark hair!  All of the recent newborns I’ve been photographing have had these heads full of hair and I love it! 🙂

Thank you, Alyssa, for being such a good girl during our photo shoot…even at 2 1/2 weeks old.  Most newborns I photograph are about 6-7 days old, and after 2 weeks, it’s harder to photograph them all sleepy and “mold-able!” 🙂  But she did just fine…and didn’t even ‘mess’ on my blankets.

Congratulations to Baby Haleigh on her Christening!  I just love all of my clients, especially my repeat clients – I simply love and receive great joy from watching these families grow.  It really does seem like just a week ago, I was photographing Haleigh as a newborn…but that was 6 months ago!
