I am in love with so many images from this session – the kids were just precious! It was a beautiful day last weekend when we had our session…this is my favorite time of the year to photograph in Baton Rouge!

Like I said in my previous post, it’s definitely baby season!! Meet Payton – what an adorable little baby and family!! Little Payton was an absolute joy to photograph – he did everything I needed him to do…and slept during the whole shoot! The only time he fussed was when we put his tiny little body inside the Saints helmet – we later figured out why that was. Let’s just say he stayed dry during the whole shoot and I could kick myself for congratulating him on that just before we put him in the helmet! 😉

Oh, and just for fun, the last image is a pic of his cousin, Mackenzie, that I photographed almost a year ago in the same helmet! 🙂

He’s here! Baby Drew has made his way into the world – looking just like his big brother Charles did when he was born! I stumbled upon a true find for this little baby to be photographed in – I call it an egg basket – it sort of looks like a chicken coop, but in the shape of a basket – I love it!! And my idea came to fruition, so I was super pleased – and Drew actually loved sleeping on it!

I love this little guy’s name – John Parker. I believe he is named after grandparents, if I remember correctly.

And big sister, Kate – she was a little uncertain as to why we were asking her to touch and kiss the baby, when all week she had been told not to. 🙂 I think we confused her a little, but I love how sweet she was with her baby brother!
